Adding attendees to the registration site during the early bird window will hold the lower rate, even if the registration is not submitted until after the early bird window closes. Late registrations will not be accepted. Changes to registration after the registration deadline (1/22/27) will cost $25 per student per change and include adding events to students, editing teams, and substituting new students for those who are already registered and unable to attend. Removing attendees from registration is free of charge. The conference payment deadline is 1/31/27. A 10% late fee will be added to the invoice if proof of payment is not received by January 31, 2027.
