Event Coordinator Information
Who can be an event coordinator?
Middle school and high school chapter advisors are eligible to serve as event coordinators.
Why serve as an event coordinator?
1. Ensure competitive events are run fairly and smoothly to create the best experience for TSA competitors.
2. Receive free registration for the State Conference as an event coordinator.
3. Certain competitions require event coordinators to be able to run them at the State Conference, view that list below.
What do I do as an event coordinator?
The role may vary event to event, but in general event coordinators:
1. recruit 3 judges,
2. meet with the State Advisor prior to the conference,
3. ensure proper room/material set-ups,
4. support judges,
5. and help run the event.

How do I sign up?
Register using this form. Registrations must be complete by 11/1/26. Events without coordinators by 11/1/26 will not be open for registration on 11/15/26.
