Request for Proposals

Colorado Technology Student Association (Colorado TSA) invites affiliated TSA chapters to submit proposals for the project described in this Requests for Proposal (RFP) section.

​

The purpose of this RFP is to identify a qualified Colorado TSA chapter to complete the work outlined below while providing students with meaningful leadership, project management, and technical experiences. Further, the projects are intended to serve as financial leadership activities for the selected chapters.

​

Colorado TSA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, request additional information, negotiate scope or pricing, or cancel the RFPs at any time.

Giant Jenga Tournament Trophies

Each year Colorado TSA hosts the Colorado TSA State Conference. During the conference, students have opportunities to compete in a wide variety of events, including the Giant Jenga Tournament. The Giant Jenga tournament is a social activity whose purpose is to help develop camaraderie and community in TSA. Additionally, the Giant Jenga tournament allows students to practice problem solving and teamwork skills while under pressure.

 

To help schools participate in financial leadership activities as a part of their Program of Work, Colorado TSA is seeking proposals for two traveling Giant Jenga trophies. Further, the winning Giant Jenga teams deserve recognition for their demonstrated skills, perseverance, and teamwork to win the Giant Jenga tournament.

Selection Notification - October 1, 2026

Final Deliverable Due - February 1, 2027

Outlaw Dragster Trophies

Each year Colorado TSA hosts the Colorado TSA State Conference. During the conference, students have opportunities to compete in a wide variety of events, including Outlaw Dragster. Outlaw Dragster is a competitive event intended for chapter advisors and its purpose is to help develop camaraderie and community in TSA while engaging chapter advisors in a process similar to that of students so they can effectively model the project management and technical skills required of students.

​

To help schools participate in financial leadership activities as a part of their Program of Work, Colorado TSA is seeking proposals for one Outlaw Dragster trophy. The fastest Outlaw Dragster will be awarded the trophy.

​

Selection Notification - October 1, 2026

Final Deliverable Due - February 1, 2027
